Cancellation Policy

Session Booking Policy Booking and Cancellation  * Booking Confirmation: Your booking for a coaching session is confirmed upon receipt of payment. * Cancellation Policy: To respect the time and scheduling needs of all clients, we require a minimum of 48 hours notice for the cancellation of any booked session. * Non-refundable Booking: Please note that the booking fee is non-refundable if the session is not canceled at least 48 hours before the scheduled time. This policy helps manage and allocate session times effectively for all clients. * Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your session, please do so at least 48 hours in advance to avoid any charges. Rescheduled sessions are subject to availability. * Late Cancellations and No-Shows: Sessions canceled less than 48 hours before the scheduled time, or in cases of a no-show, will result in the forfeiture of the booking fee.  By booking a session, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
